NGOs and community groups
Build a website for your NGO or community group
Donors, partners and volunteers check your website before they trust you. Show the work through real stories and photos, be open about where the money goes, and make it simple to give or join in.
What an NGO website needs
One real story
A photo and a few paragraphs about one person or community your work changed.
Where the money goes
Simple figures that show how each donation is spent. Partners look for this first.
Ways to give
Suggested amounts, your mobile money and bank details, or a link to your giving page.
Volunteer and partner
A countdown to the next volunteer day, and a form for partners to reach you.
A year in photos
A captioned carousel of your projects and events.
Your registration details
Your registration number and contacts in the footer, for funders who need them.
What it does not do
- Acyera does not process donations. Show your payment details or link to a giving page from your provider.
- There is no donor management or reporting system.
Which plan you need
The template uses blocks from the Essential plan ($4.99 a month), such as forms, maps, galleries and tables. Essential gives you up to 10 pages per site, your own domain and no Acyera banner.
You can start free. A free site may publish paid sections for 21 days after its first publish, so you can see your real site live before you decide. The free plan on its own is one page with the basic blocks.

Questions people ask
Can we take donations through the website?
Acyera does not collect money itself. Show your mobile money and bank details, or add a button linking to a donation page from a provider you use.
Is there a discount for NGOs?
There is no separate NGO plan. The free plan works for a one-page site, and Essential starts at the same price for everyone.
