Partner Program Terms

The Acyera Partner Program lets you earn commissions for introducing new customers to Acyera. You can join from the Billing area of your dashboard, where you get a unique referral link. By taking part, you agree to these Partner Program Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and the other policies they refer to.

You take part as an independent participant. These terms do not make you our employee, agent, or legal partner, and they do not let you speak or enter into commitments on our behalf.

You earn a commission when a person you referred signs up and makes a qualifying payment for a paid plan. The commission is recurring, which means you can keep earning on that customer’s continued qualifying payments while both you and they remain in good standing and the program continues.

• The commission rate is shown in your dashboard. It is currently twenty percent of the qualifying amount, and we may change it on notice for future earnings.
• Commissions are calculated on the net amount actually received for a qualifying subscription payment, after any taxes, fees, discounts, and refunds.
• You cannot earn a commission on your own accounts or subscriptions, and you cannot refer yourself.
• A commission is only confirmed once the underlying payment has cleared and is no longer subject to reversal.

When someone follows your referral link, we store a cookie in their browser that remembers your referral code. If they create an account and subscribe within the attribution window, the referral is credited to you.

Confirmed commissions accumulate in your account and become payable once they meet the minimum threshold and any holding period shown in your dashboard. The holding period gives refunds and reversals time to settle before an amount is paid out.

Payouts are made using the methods we support at the time, and you are responsible for giving us accurate, up-to-date payout details. If we cannot reach you or your details are wrong, a payout may be delayed until the problem is fixed.

Promote Acyera in ways you would be happy to see used on you. You must:

• describe Acyera honestly, and never make false, exaggerated, or guaranteed-income claims;
• make clear that you may earn a commission when the context calls for it;
• use only your own referral link, and not tamper with how referrals are tracked; and
• respect our brand, and use our name and materials only as we allow.

You must not:

• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or post your link where it is not welcome;
• bid on our brand terms in paid search, or run ads that pretend to be us;
• use misleading pages, fake reviews, cookie stuffing, or other deceptive tactics to generate referrals; or
• refer yourself, create accounts to earn on your own payments, or otherwise game the program.

Commissions depend on real, completed payments. If a payment that earned a commission is later refunded, reversed, charged back, or found to be fraudulent, we may cancel or reclaim the related commission, including by deducting it from your pending balance. We may also withhold or reclaim commissions we reasonably believe were earned in breach of these terms.

You are responsible for any taxes you owe on the commissions you earn, and for reporting them where you live. Where the law requires us to withhold an amount or collect tax information before paying you, we will do so.

You can leave the program at any time. We may suspend or end your participation, or the program itself, if you break these terms, if we suspect abuse or fraud, or if we decide to change or discontinue the program. When participation ends, unpaid commissions that were properly earned and are not subject to reversal remain payable, subject to the thresholds and holding periods above. Commissions linked to breach or fraud may be withheld.

We may update these Partner Program Terms, including the commission rate, thresholds, and rules, as the program evolves. Changes apply to earnings from the date they take effect, and we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continuing in the program after an update means you accept the updated terms.
