01The basic principle

Acyera gives you powerful tools and a lot of freedom. That freedom rests on a simple deal: use the platform for lawful, honest purposes, and do not use it in ways that harm other people, mislead them, or put the platform itself at risk. This Acceptable Use Policy explains where the line sits. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to everything you do with Acyera, including content generated with the AI features.

02Content that is not allowed

You must not create, upload, publish, or distribute content that:

  • breaks any law that applies to you or to the people it reaches;
  • infringes anyones intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • sexualises children in any way, or exploits or endangers minors;
  • promotes or incites violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred against people based on who they are;
  • harasses, bullies, threatens, or defames a real person, or shares someones private information without their consent;
  • is deceptive or fraudulent, including scams, phishing, fake stores, impersonation, and pyramid or get-rich-quick schemes;
  • distributes malware, spyware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
  • sells or promotes goods and services that are illegal, dangerous, or restricted where they are offered, such as weapons, illicit drugs, or counterfeit items; or
  • presents high-stakes advice about health, money, or legal matters as a professional recommendation when it is not, in a way that could mislead people who rely on it.

03Conduct that is not allowed

Beyond content, you must not:

  • probe, scan, or test the security of the platform or another users site without our written permission, or try to break, bypass, or defeat any security or access control;
  • access accounts, sites, data, or areas of the Service you are not authorised to reach, or try to work around plan limits, permissions, or publishing controls;
  • place an unreasonable load on the platform, whether through automated requests, scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or other abuse of resources;
  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or use the Service to power such campaigns;
  • impersonate Acyera, another person, or an organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • resell, sublicense, or copy the platform to build a competing service, or remove or hide our branding where our terms require it; or
  • use the Service to break these rules on someone elses behalf.

04Names, subdomains, and domains

Choose site names and subdomains honestly. You must not pick a name that impersonates another person or brand, infringes a trademark, or is meant to deceive visitors. We may reclaim, rename, or withhold any subdomain that breaks this policy or a third partys rights. If you connect a custom domain, you are responsible for having the right to use it.

05Using AI features responsibly

The AI features are here to help you build faster, not to manufacture harmful material at scale. You must not use them to:

  • produce content that would break any part of this policy if you created it by hand;
  • generate deceptive material, mass-produced spam, or content designed to manipulate search results; or
  • probe, reverse-engineer, or try to defeat the platforms moderation, limits, or safety measures.

AI output is a draft that you review and publish. You remain responsible for anything you publish, whether you wrote it yourself or an AI feature helped.

06Advertising and monetisation

If you monetise a site, for example with advertising, you must follow the rules of the advertising or payment network you use, in addition to this policy. Do not place ads on content that breaks these rules, and do not use tricks to inflate clicks, impressions, or earnings. Abuse of a monetisation feature can lead to its removal and to action against your account.

07How we enforce this policy

We keep the platform safe with a layered review process. Fixed rules run first and can block clearly disallowed material outright, and automated screening then refines the decision. The process is built to fail safe, which means that when it cannot clear something, it holds that material back rather than letting it through.

When content or conduct breaks this policy, we may, at our discretion and to the extent it is appropriate:

  • hide the content from search engines or restrict how it is shown;
  • remove the content or refuse to publish it;
  • disable a feature, a page, or a whole site;
  • suspend or terminate the account responsible; and
  • report the matter to the authorities where the law requires it.

Where it is reasonable and safe, we will tell you what happened and give you a chance to put things right. For serious or repeated breaches, or where people are at risk, we may act immediately and without notice. We are not obliged to monitor everything on the platform, and choosing not to act in one case does not waive our right to act in another.

These enforcement steps sit alongside our rights under the Terms of Service, and nothing here limits them.

08Reporting abuse

If you come across a site or account on Acyera that you believe breaks this policy, please tell us. Include the web address and enough detail for us to find and understand the problem. We review reports and act where appropriate. Reports made in good faith help keep the whole platform trustworthy.
