You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Content Ownership and License
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and upload to the platform.
License to Acyera: By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
Responsibility: You represent that you have the rights to all content you publish and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to:
- Upload or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of the platform.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or sites.
- Use subdomains or site names that infringe on trademarks or are intended to mislead others.
6. Subdomains and Custom Domains
Acyera allows the creation of subdomains (e.g., tenant.acyera.com). We reserve the right to reclaim or change subdomains that violate these terms or infringe on third-party intellectual property.
7. Third-Party Integrations
The platform integrates with third-party services like Firebase, Google Maps, and WhatsApp. Your use of these features is subject to the respective third parties' terms and conditions.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acyera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
